DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE OPERATION:-

The operator places the plastic pallet on a roller conveyor or directly on the lift platform. In the case of a roller conveyor, it is transferred to another conveyor until it reaches the lift platform. In both cases, the lift platform lifts the pallet to a gripper, which picks up the entire layer of bags. Then, the cycle begins with circular knives rotating in the appropriate direction and at the appropriate speed, cutting the bags above the granulate chute. Using rods and compressed air nozzles, the remaining granulate is shaken out of the bags, which are also placed in the hopper area. The emptied bags are then discharged into an intermediate hopper or into compacting or pressing equipment (compactor). Once the pallet is unloaded, the lift platform descends. In the version without feeders, the operator retrieves the empty pallet using a trolley, while in the version with feeders, the pallet is transferred to a stacker, where a stack of a specific number defined by the operator is created. When the stacker reaches the set limit, the operator is informed by an audible signal that the stack of pallets needs to be collected.
