The Bag Emptying System (Compact Model) is a space-saving, fully enclosed unit designed for dust-free, ergonomic, and efficient emptying of 25–50 kg bags containing powders, granules, or food-grade materials. It is ideal for factories looking for a hygienic, contamination-free method of manual bag unloading while maintaining high material flow rates. Built for batch operations in industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, Slice combines hygiene, performance, and safety into one efficient solution.

With a throughput capacity of 150-180 bags per hour, Compact Bag Emptying automates the bag emptying process while ensuring minimal contamination, low dust emission, and maximum recovery of valuable raw materials.

This model features an integrated in feed conveyor, bag cleaning system, inspection window, dust extraction system, vibrating sieve and a robust discharge system—all packaged in a fully enclosed design that’s ideal for indoor installations where cleanliness and safety are critical.

Working Process

  1. Operator places the bag on the perforated grid tray.

  2. The bag is cut and emptied inside the enclosed chamber.

  3. Dust extraction system captures airborne particles.

  4. Material flows into the hopper and exits via the chosen discharge method.

  5. Optional sieve/lump breaker ensures material quality before conveying.
